Their responses to community issues often came across like they were blaming the tenants for some of the issues in the neighborhood rather than trying to problem solve. Stop 1: Monuments Dedicated to the Fallen. The previous property managers, however, were negligent and even fairly impractical/unrealistic about how to take proper care of this little property.
